Buyer/Seller Home Inspections
Included in this home inspection would be a detailed report including photos of the home from the interior and exterior including the crawlspace or basement areas. We inspect all systems and components of the home including: structural, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, interiors, insulation and ventilation, and built in kitchen appliances. We will inform you if any of these components were not inspected for any reason. We will make every effort to inform you with as much information to any issue we find.
Annual Inspections
This type of home inspection is for anyone that wants to stay on top of issues concerning the home. We will come out once a year and inspect all components and systems to make sure everything is functioning properly, and if not, inform you of the issues so you have a clear understanding of the problem. A lot of times catching an issue early can save a lot of time and money.
Inspections During Construction
If you are building a new home, this inspection is for you. We will come out during the construction process at certain points during the build and inspect the current components and systems being installed and constructed. You will receive a detailed report for each system included and informed of any issues that were inspected.
